Surfalorus Film Festival. If you love water, surfing, and film, this is the fest for you. The three-day event showcases 2018’s top surfing films and ocean documentaries in outdoor sunset screenings.

The Lost Colony Wine & Culinary Festival. Held on Roanoke island, home to America’s oldest colony and its oldest cultivated grapevine, this fest is a celebration of world-class wine and local cuisine from some of the region’s favorite chefs and eateries.
