OBX Arts & Crafts Festival. Wander through three rooms featuring the works of 25 Outer Banks artists, including paintings, photography, jewelry, glasswork, textiles, collage, and more.

Surfalorus Film Festival. If you love water, surfing, and film, this is the fest for you. The three-day event showcases 2018’s top surfing films and ocean documentaries in outdoor sunset screenings.

The Lost Colony Wine & Culinary Festival. Held on Roanoke island, home to America’s oldest colony and its oldest cultivated grapevine, this fest is a celebration of world-class wine and local cuisine from some of the region’s favorite chefs and eateries.

Duck Jazz Fest. Following on the heels of bluegrass is this lively gathering featuring two full days of national, regional, and local jazz musicians on two stages.

Halloween International Film Festival. Enjoy three days of independent films, guest Q&A sessions, and nightly meet-and-greets during the popular event.
