On Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 1:00pm, the one-mile parade route begins at Bladen St. (Mile Post 11.5) and runs north to Driftwood St. on Virginia Dare Trail (Beach Rd.). This year’s theme is “Red, White and Blue… with a splash of Green!” to celebrate both American patriotism and Irish-American heritage. A respected panel of judges will score entrants on the use of the theme in the following categories: Best Overall, Best Float, Best Unit, and Best Band/Music group.
