White Doe Inn Event Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable fifty percent (50%) deposit with a signed contract is required to book/reserve an event date and will be applied to the final billing. Full and final payment is due 30 days prior to the event. Final payment is non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 0-30 days of the event. In the event the responsible party cancels the contract, the responsible party shall pay the White Doe Inn an amount equal to the services already rendered and the amount equal to all out of pocket expenses incurred for goods and services. Any additional expenses will be due at the end of day of the event.

White Doe Inn Room(s) Cancellation Policy: Due to the size of our Inn, cancellations affect us significantly. Any and all room reservations canceled in relation to the above event being canceled, 30 days or less prior to date of arrival are considered non-refundable. There will be a $25.00 rebooking fee per room for 30 days and out.
