For
the couple that wants to handle all the details, The White Doe Inn is
available for rental without an all-inclusive package. The maximum number
of people allowed is 30.
A facility fee of $1,500.00 includes the rental of The White Doe Inn Private Gardens for the agreed upon time and includes: the Sunken Garden, the Veranda, the Pavillion and the lawn area in-between. The Host(s) party is responsible for arrangements with and costs of coordinators/ directors, caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, rental companies, and/or any other services they may contract with. The Host(s) will provide The White Doe Inn with a list of all vendors hired and will make sure that all vendors are aware of The White Doe Inn policies. Access to the site by vendors can be guaranteed no earlier than 11:00 A.M. and must be vacated by all guests and vendors no later than 9:00 P.M.
